Windows 7 Starter Edition can be upgraded to Windows 7 Home Premium for $49.99 which is a 38% discount over standard pricing.Windows 7 Home Premium users can upgrade to Windows 7 Professional for $79.99 which is an 11% discount over standard pricing.
